The community has upgraded to smart mailboxes, making it more convenient for residents to receive and send parcels.
Recently a community has completed a comprehensive upgrade of its mailbox system, and more than 200 households of residents have started using brand new smart mailboxes. This batch of smart mailboxes provided by the local enterprise Smail Company has enabled residents to enjoy a more convenient and safer parcel receiving experience.
"The old parcel mailbox used to rust and couldnt be opened, and the parcels delivered by the courier could only be piled up in the property, which was very inconvenient," said Aunt Li who lives on the third. "Now this new parcel mailbox can receive parcels and is also rainproof. I can even receive notifications on my mobile phone when to pick up the parcel, which is really convenient."
It is understood that the smart parcel mailboxes upgraded this time have the following features:

Mr. Wang, the property manager, introduced: "The replacement of the parcel mailbox was carried out in to the residents' request. Since the new parcel mailbox has been used for a month, there have been almost no cases of lost parcels, and the workload of the property for parcels on behalf of residents has also been significantly reduced."
Smile Company, which was responsible for this project, stated that this type of community-based smart parcel is affordable and easy to maintain, and is particularly suitable for the renovation of old neighborhoods. The company also provides a three-year warranty service, allowing residents to use it more.
"Now I don't have to rush to the property before it closes to pick up my parcels. I can go to the mailbox to pick up my parcels I take a walk in the evening, which is safe and worry-free," said Mr. Zhang, a resident. The community's residents' committee is considering a second of the project, planning to add larger parcel mailboxes under each building to further facilitate residents' lives.
